Becky is a Clinical Pastoral Counselor and is an active member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and the National Christian Counselors Association. Becky earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Gardner-Webb College and her Masters of Education from Furman University. She taught elementary music in Greenville and Pickens County for over 30 years. Before retiring from education in 2019, Becky earned her counseling credentials through NCCA and is presently working toward a doctoral degree in Biblical Counseling through NCCA and Jacksonville Theological Seminary. She has been commissioned through Rocky Creek Church in Greenville where she serves as one of the staff counselors. She is the Founder and Executive Director of On Assignment Counseling.

In partnership with her late husband, Rick, Becky has served in several churches throughout the Upstate of South Carolina in the areas of music, children’s and women’s ministry. Presently, she teaches Bible studies and leads small group studies at her church. Becky continues to serve the Lord through music as the director of SeraphSong, a network of South Carolina female musicians who share Jesus throughout the state of South Carolina.  

Becky has two adult daughters who, along with their husbands, have given her 6 beautiful grandchildren. Of all the titles she could ever earn, the titles ‘Mom’ and ‘Granna’ are definitely her favorites.
